Amazing depthCORE New Chapter, HER
DepthCORE, one of our favorites collectives, released a new chapter devoted to the feminine and therefore called HER. As usual it's full of great images. Also the featured artist in this 37th chapter is Leigh Flurry AKA 83grafik, an young artist from Manchester, UK.
We highly recommend that you check it out, for more information visit: http://depthcore.com/chapter/39/
Today, the depthCORE.com Collective is delighted to release our 37th exhibition, a body of work devoted exclusively to the feminine entitled 'HER'.
Consisting of a large selection of songs, photographs and illustrations, 'HER' is an inspired and considered response from our artists, produced over a six month period and encompassing many of the myriad concepts associated with our broad thematic selection. As a collective, we embarked on an extended creative voyage to examine and represent ideas and realities like maternity, romance, the modern heroine, vulnerability and, of course, beauty.
The end result is an experience worth exploring deeply; we certainly took our time making it, so we hope you can take yours in viewing it!

great collection!
depthcore is getting boring now.. early chapters were much better
But posting anonymously is still as much fun as ever!
Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh
It's HER!!!
For a group of images dedicated to the feminine I was expecting photos that were a little sexier. Some of those are gross but overall they're pretty cool.
Amazing! Really smart!
Good, so good...
awesome as usual! great post man :)
"Femininity" isn't just about being "sexy". A designer who heads straight for this direction or only conveys this in their work is lazy and hasn't fully explored the concept of femininity. It's not a one-dimensional thing. Besides, in so many of today's digital works, designers heavily portray half-naked/totally naked women and/or hot women gazing smoulderingly in their designs anyway. There needn't even be a brief set for designers to feel like creating "sexy" work. They do it without a license as is.
Anyway, I have to say I'm somewhat underwhelmed by the majority of these. The vast majority show a lot of skill and are great looking designs but I don't think the majority explore this brief that well. I was expected something more.
Wow this is really amazing.
