Paul de Ruiter is a Dutch architect, who founded your own office in 1994 and now has projects that are based on much research. For some projects are developed products to address some issues, after the execution they are put on the market.

Born in 1962, Paul de Ruiter has been formed by the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 1990. With his architect degree Paul worked on high-end offices in Canada, Australia and the Netherlands. In 1994 he opened his own office: Architectenbureau Paul de Ruiter b.v., trying to work through a lot of research projects to result in buildings and cities where people feel comfortable and safe, without harming the environment and economically viable.

Besides the architecture studio, Paul works with a doctoral dissertation on active weather fronts. Write articles, lecture and teach at technical schools in Holland. He is president of the foundation Living Daylights and committed to various institutions that target a more sustainable society. In his studies of research projects to develop solutions by creating and developing new products for the particular project and after being traded in the market. Thus was created the BOIL, the company that register the product.
