One thing is for sure: you've been exposed to Bruce Timm's work at least once in your life. Any of you. And now you ask me, who the heck is Bruce Timm? Well, Bruce Timm is one of the most famous comics/cartoon illustrators alive. If you ever caught the morning cartoons, then you know his work.
He's the owner of a totally unique style, easy to recognize miles away. He was the producer of the great Batman: The Animated Series, also he worked with Superman and mostly recently, he helped to create the Batman Beyond cartoon. That's right, that's all his traces. This guy is a freaking comics jedi. Anyways, here are some of his work, which I know you'll like very much. Unfortunately, I didn't find his own portfolio, but I did find a lot of his work at the awesome Pop Culture Shock.

Nice feature.. yeah heard a lot of batman and superman.. and also saw the comics .. it was also made into motion pic. wonderful work thanks.
YES!!! Great post! Bruce Timm is fantastic; wonderful and inspirational style.
What I loved about Bruce Timm is how he treated the Batman character. When he started the series the "campy" style of Batman was how Warner Brothers was treating Batman in the '90s. His style of Batman was darker. Bravo Bruce!
Bruce is now producing all of the DC animated movies that are straight to DVD. I'd highly suggest picking up "Justice League: Unlimited" seasons 1 and 2. They're a blast to watch for any fans of his work or genre.
Notice his use of art deco styling throughout "batman: mask of the phantasm" brilliant, no?

Bruce Timm is quite the artist and even in the pictures he brings a kind of life to them that makes me feel as the viewer that they are real in the way that I could go to Gotham City or Metropolis and actually see these super heroes even though in real life there is no Gotham and batman won't save me from being mugged :'(
It is true art, in motion, and like a fine wine, his talents mature in time.
