Paths and roads create a powerful visual connection. Beside making great stock photos, they're also great just for inspiration. When using in website design, photos of paths, roads, and walkways can be a great background piece. For print media, they can add a nice, eye-catching touch to postcards or brochures. Photos that contain lots of negative space, such as sky, are perfect for incorporating text.
Anagrama is a design studio specializing in branding and graphic design. They created a really cool design for notebooks inspired by technology with a beautiful abstract artwork. It reminds me of some Bauhaus artworks.
After all these years posting about things that inspire me in terms of design and digital arts, I have to say, simple illustrations with art deco influence are the ones that really blow me away. Mads Berg seems to be mastering this technique with a set of beautiful artworks. Mads Berg is a designer working withn the fields of illustration are Posters, Brand Illustrations, Key Visuals, Editorial Illustrations, Cover Art, Murals. He graduated from the Danish Design School in 2001, and since then, He's been working independently as an illustrator.
