I'm sorry to say it but in my opinion this is crap steampunk art.
I'm gonna post again... This time I hope that you guys respect some diverging opinions around here...
Don't call this steampunk... This is not near a good steampunk art piece...
Do a good search about this theme to see for yourself...

the name of the pack is decided before the artworks are created, not after. the way the artists interpreted steampunk might be a little different to what your used to but i dont think that steampunk is an artistic style, its an idea/fantasy.

art is interpretation based. don't think so linearly or concretely.
