Web Design: More Dark Layouts

Last week we had an awesome post on Illustrated layouts and I thought it would be a good idea to revive some other subjects we've done here before. Back in 2008 and last year we had posts on black and dark layouts.

Just like last week's post, I'd like to know from you whether or not you see an evolution in these layouts compared to the older ones. For me, compared to 2008, there's been a hugh leap towards more cleaner design. Compared to 2010, there wasn't enough time to see any difference... we're a still at the same moment. But how do you feel about these? We'd love to know! Cheers. ;)
