Wed, 07/27/2011 - 10:27
This is another intriguing project from Daniel Libeskind, is called Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre, built for the City University Hong Kong. The forms follow the characteristics of the architect, bold and impactful.
Daniel Libeskind's works are always a bone of contention in the field of architecture, or loves or hates the way the architect conducts projects. Many acute forms, much underutilized space, architecture that excites... there are many considerations about his style and this project is no different, the photos below show details of each space. What is your opinion, is this architecture still really relevant or we need project like this one in the chaos of the cities to bring a little thought and emotion?

The distinctive crystalline design will create an extraordinary range of spaces rich in form, light, and material that, together, will create an inspiring environment for research and creativity. Internal activity spaces have been designed specifically to encourage collaboration through openness and connectivity.
