Wild Life Ink Illustrations

This series of animal illustrations were created by the british illustrator Iain Macarthur for an exhibition at the Phonebooth in LA. Most of his work is created by pencil, pigment pens and watercolors using techniques such as geometrical patterns and nature elements to recreate these animals.

Born in Swindon, England in 1986, I became a fanatic of art at the age of eight when I was first introduced to art through the medium of cartoon television shows and comic books. My first ever comic book was from the Batman series. Ever since then I’ve been obsessed with art, drawing odd fantasy drawings and Anime characters.
