Cinemin Swivel Portable Projector
Take your big-screen with you — sorta — with the Cinemin Swivel Portable Projector ($300). This diminutive dynamo utilizes DLP projection technology to display a screen up to 60 inches in size on nearly any surface. Features include 480x320 resolution, a rechargeable battery good for over two hours of use, included international power adapters, and a 90-degree swiveling design that removes the need for a mount or tripod. ColorWare's Kaleidoscope of Color Comes to 27-inch iMacs and the Magic Mouse
Hot the heels of letting you paint the PS3 Slim, ColorWare will now also customize your latest Apple gear. For $500, you can colorize your own iMac, or pay a $700 premium (over Apple's prices) to buy one from ColorWare. They're also painting the Magic Mouse now, too. It'll cost you $100 to buy one through them ($30 premium), or $30 bucks to send your own in. Considering how easy it is to scuff the damn thing, a shiny new coat of paint might be what the doctor ordered for Mac-heads with OCD. (via Gizmodo)
Kohjinsha's dual-screen DZ Series laptop
Remember IBM's ThinkPad 701 with the butterfly keyboard? This isn't it, it's better... conceptually anyway. Instead of two halves of a keyboard magically jigsawing themselves together, Kohjinsha achieves a similar result with its DZ-series using a pair of 10.1-inch TFT displays with 1,024 x 600 pixel resolution (each) packed into an otherwise svelte 1.02 x 8.26 x 0.74~1.65 inches / 4.09 pounds (1.84 kg) portable.
