Sociology of Apple Objects

January 25, 2010 from paul0v2's blog

How did objects come to enter the human collective? Inspired by the research work of Bruno Latour, these graphics were created with the idea to speak about the marketing hidden behind objects the main goal of the serie and the forward on is social life. And having some distance about it, there is some construction of a potential user in products.

This work is done by Stephane Massa-Bidal—for more visit http://www.flickr.com/photos/hulk4598/

HDR: Not Only The 'Magic' Effect
Today we've got an awesome article about HDR and its applications. Andrea Pelizzardi, an italian designer, sent us an absolutily awesome tutorial on how to do 2 HDR effects... After checking this out, don't forget to visit his site! Cheers! ;) When someone says to you: "HDR", what do you think about? A big, weird, impossible picure you can't believe... no? Well, a lot of people think that HDR was created to have a weird effect like the posters of Harry Potter, but this is NOT the purpose of it.

Book Suggestion: Timeline of Graphic Design in Brazil
As the name implies, this book (but I dare call a Bible) tells the story of graphic design in Brazil in a very intelligent way and brings a wealth of incredible images and with a touch of nostalgia for most Brazilians.
