There we are about one month since my last tutorial with Abduzeedo! And here am I again with another tutorial for you guys! First I wanted to thank Abduzeedo again for giving me this great opportunity for sharing my knowledge. I will show you how to create a super light effect using blending options, shapes and tools in Photoshop.
The wallpaper of this week is an amazing design created by Rik Oostenbroek specially for the Abduzeedo 4th Anniversary. If you don't know Rik, he is a 20 year old self taught Dutch digital artist with more than 5 years of experience. Rik has done work for clients such as Mazda, Panasonic, Volkswagen, Palm and others, and we are super happy that he presented us with this beautiful wallpaper, and also a poster, but that is a little secret for another post.

The book of this week is a book I just got from a friend. It was in my wish list for a long time. The book is called Visual Complexity: Mapping Patterns of Information and as the reviews says, it's about our ability to generate information now far exceeds our capacity to understand it.
