Wake up Mr Singh. Its not a statement, it is the name of the design studio of Karan Singh. He is an graduate of the University of Sydney with a Bachelor in Design Computing and now works as a freelancer. Most of the work showcased here are personal artworks for himself & for artgroups. So prepare yourself for pure Singh designs
Andy J. Miller's work instantly caught my attention mostly because of its liveliness than anything else. His work is so cheery and colorful that it's hard not to miss. His use of lines is nice too. Miller's portfolio is also pretty impressive in terms of doing it all. He has magazine spreads, posters, t-shirts, laptop skins, and even car decals all under his belt.
During my regular ventures through the thousands of good stuff on my Google Reader, one immediately caught my eye: Rubens LP. I instantly fell in love with Rubens' style. His use of lines, dots, and bright colors is different than anything I've ever seen. Rubens is a native from our home country of Brazil and the influence of the culture is pretty apparent in some of his pieces which makes me like him even more! ;)

This has already became one of my favorite Abduzeedo series. While researching material for these posts, I always run into beautiful pieces of art... It began on yellow, then went through red, and now we're set on blue!

I love colors, specially vibrant color combinations, because, that's the first thing that catches my attention, or maybe, it's because my Brazilian heritage, our carnival here is always very colorful. That's why I was very impressed by the work of Archan Nair, an artist based in New Delhi, India, with excellent illustration, mixing vibrant colors to produce some really cool work.
Following our hit series about Web Design, today I bring to you only awesome black layouts! Man, I love these... It's incredible how a layout can get beautiful with darker colors.
