Well it's been almost 7 months since I posted my last video on here and I have learned a lot of great techniques since then. The "A perfect lie in Adobe Photoshop" was a great start; however, I have learned that the techniques that I had used before may not actually be the proper way.
Over the past 7 months I've learned a number of different methods and have experimented countless times. On numerous occasions I had to stop and take a step back and just remember the basics. I learned some pretty cool effects and I think this one is one of my favorites.
The wallpaper of this week is an image created by François Leroy for The World Collabs 5. François is a freelancer graphic designer and illustrator from Paris, France, he is also member of the Evoke Collective. This image was a collaboration with Nik Ainley for the World Collabs.

The book of this week is not a design book per se but it's an incredible book. I have just finished it and I got so much valuable information that can be applied in my day to day job as designer. The book is called Why We Buy: The Science of Shopping--Updated and Revised for the Internet, the Global Consumer, and Beyond by Paco Underhill.
