Last weekend I was, once again, stuck waiting more than 4 hours in aiports. So I was checking out some skateboard deck designs and found an amazing one from Girl Skateboards. The cool thing about that design was the effect, reminded me of those old signs that were painted on the walls, in old factories and industries.
The wallpaper of this week is a very cool design created by Matt Venhuizen, a graphic and web designer from Ontario, Canada. Matt runs a design studio called Venhuizen Studios. Matt sent the wallpaper suggestion via email and you can do the same ;)

The book of this week is not a design book per se but it's an incredible book. I have just finished it and I got so much valuable information that can be applied in my day to day job as designer. The book is called Why We Buy: The Science of Shopping--Updated and Revised for the Internet, the Global Consumer, and Beyond by Paco Underhill.
