Following my Cinema 4D tranining I started playing with lights and illumination. It's amazing what we can do using Global Illumination. We can turn a simple scene into a very realistic render with complex light and shadows. Also, I've used Adobe Photoshop to add some post production effects.
For the wallpaper of the week we have a digital art from Fran Ferriz, an illustrator, 3D Artist, graphic and industrial designer from Spain. He has really cool works but in special the 3D characters. You can check out more of his work on his website.
The book suggestion of this week is about branding and it's a recommendation from one of our favorite graphic designers out there, Roger Oddone. The book is called Designing Brand Identity: An Essential Guide for the Whole Branding Team and it covers everything you need to know about branding, from its definition to how come up with the most efficient strategy.
