This is the second tutorial in a series on photographic retouching. The first part was all about evening skin tonal values and removing blemishes. In this part I will take you through everything else. So, as a result it's a long video (40 Mins).
The wallpaper of this week is an image created by Vlad Axinte, a self-taught designer from Romania. The image is called "Coordinates of Chaos" and it was inspired by street art and grafitti.
I tried to take the street art into a digital environment using my Wacom Bamboo Pen and Adobe Photoshop CS5

The book suggestion of the week is one of my favorites, it's called Typology: Type Design From Victorian Era to the Digital Age and it covers a lot of art history always linking with types and typography. It's a must read for those starting out their careers or even willing to dust off their typology and typography skills.
