The wallpaper of this week is a very cool image created by Leif Incognito, a very young graphic artist from Germany also known as Iseedeadpixels or K-OZ. Despite the young age, Leif has some really nice works mixing a bit of retro style and geometric shapes.

It's not "boring" as someone else above said. It's not boring, their is a lot going on in this piece, it's far from boring.
However it needs some contrast work done, and it is also way over-sharpened.
It does look better on the iPhone, but only because most of the actual background is gone, making it feel more smooth.
It's not the "worst", it's just a different style.

It's way too busy for it to be on a desktop. I tried to like it, but I couldn't see any of my icons nor the text for the icons. :(
Works well for the iPhone/iPod though!
I got the same sort of reception for my Wallpaper of the Week, and like then, I don't really agree with the criticism. I quite like the design. I could do with a bit of contrast, but overall it has good form and composition, which some so called "amazing" works of art fail to have. Keep up the good work, Leif.
