A couple of days ago while checking some Web sites for my daily dose of inspiration I came across this beautiful animation for Fox Retro, it was heavily inspired by the 80s with all those colors and light effects that we are expecting to see. I really liked that and decided to learn more about the guys behind it, then I ended up on the Plenty's Web site.

Pixelmator has been growing in a fast pace since 2007, not only in terms of popularity but their team has increased considerably too. They also have moved to a new office and thanks to Saulius, we will share with you a little bit of the workspace where the Pixelmator guys come up with their crazy ideas. When we see a symbol or a custom designed typeface of a logo we tend to forget how much work was put into not only the graphic elements but the ideas and goals behind that design. There are very important details that make a good visual identity, from the right color choice to the construction guide of the elements in which all the adjustments are done and proportions are defined.
