26 Awesome 3D Robots, Cyborgs and Armored Suits

Yeah!! We love freaking robots!! Shiny silver is the new black! We've been suckers for metal beings for a long time, thanks to movies like Blade Runner, Universal Soldier, Terminator, and many others, like Iron Man most recently. So here are some bad ass 3D works by the people from sweet CG Society (who I'm sure love free publicity).

Hahah, i read the "pre word" or the intro to the entries, and i sure think the do like the free advertisement, let just not hope the other dude comes back and starts whining again!

Um, not to hate on this article or anything, I really do like these pictures, but Blade Runner and Universal Soldier? Really? Did you actually see those movies or were just listing some random science fiction movies for your article. Not a shiny metal robot to be seen in either. The replicants in Blade Runner looked human (or like animals). They were robotic, but more like biologically. Kind of like the Cylons on the new BSG. And Universal Soldier had no robots at all. They were corpses, reanimated by cyborg technology. Still they looked human.
