Digital art allows us to experiment with all sorts of compositions. We have seen quite a lot of styles from surreal to sci-fi/light effects. There are some ideas, however, that are truly amazing. One in particular that has inspired us most is the Jan Matejko Battle of Grunwald - an impeccable example of how to reconstruct a painting from the Romantic era in 3D. Today's post shines a spotlight on this incredible project done by Platige Image. Jan Matejko Battle of Grunwald in 3D is a reconstruction of a painting done entirely in 3D.
3D Futurist Works by Stefan Morrell
The weekend is here and to celebrate it, an awesome set of 3D works! Let's check the futurist vision of Kiwi artist, Stefan Morrell. He's got a fantastic set of works!
Here you can see his vision of a technological future. Sometimes very green and peaceful, other times kinda messy and super crowded. I must say I really enjoy this last one better, because it reminds me a lot of Blade Runner. How do you like his pieces? For more of it, please visit his portfolio at CGSociety! Also, if you got your own 3D pieces, share it with us in the comments section. Cheers! ;)
