60 Interesting Lomo Fisheye Shots
I turned 17 last month and for my birthday a friend of mine gave me a Lomography Fisheye 2! I was really excited and wanted to check out what these babies could do before I took mine out for a spin.
I know some of you guys don't particularly like Lomography because of the toy cameras. but I'll be the first one to admit that I really appreciate and, dare I say, love this style. Not to mention all the really unexpected things that you find when you develop the film! The light leaks, grain, over-saturation and high contrasts.
I gathered here a few Lomography fisheye techniques that I found interesting. Some of these were taken with other Lomography cameras, like the Diana and LC-A+ with a fisheye lens adapter attached. I'm really digging the underwater pictures and the cute animal ones :)
As always, if you have any images that you took or maybe some cool pictures you've come across and you'd like to share with us, please drop me a line on Twitter and/or Facebook. And if you have any suggestions for my next photography post, send them my way too! I'd love to hear from you!

nice finds abduzeedo!
Really love this post being a bit of a fan for the whole lomo style and approach to photography, aswell as owning a few lomo camera's myself. Admittedly all of these effects can be replicated in ps and other digital programs these days. But nothing can replace the feeling you get when you open up those processed pictures and you see what you've captured for the first time, I think thats why I love film photography so much, the whole suspense aspect.
Cheers for the post :)
i love lomography, but sadly there's no digital lomo cameras :'(
i never knew you cross coloursplash with fisheye cameras..

Sweet sauce! I was at Urban Outfitters the other day in lomo paradise, but I'll just settle for fake Photoshop lomo for now. I hope you make good use of that fisheye!

I wondered why my flickr stats jumped up for my splitty fisheye pic! Thanks for choosing one of my photos to feature on your post!
I got a fisheye as a fun camera to play around with and even after that led to me buying a holga, LCA and many other lomography style cameras the fisheye is still my favourite - it's so fun and once you get used to taking pictures just a few inches from your subject your pics really start coming to warped out life :)
Everyone should have one! They're great fun!

Thanks for sporting my picture.
How did you find it?
