I guarantee the Spinal Tap one was intentional. (Or at least, someone saw the picture in mid-edit with Harry Shearer's extra hand, and said, "That's hilarious! Keep it!)

The table reflection could be distorted (or to be more precise, it certainly is). You can't really say that there exists a person with that much screwed face as the reflection of the right lady.

@ Hmmm: I don't know if I'm right on this one, but I guess it has to do with the women standing tiptoe except for the right one. Their hips are all at the same level, which would make the right womans legs like 8 inches longer then the others'.

Hahaha oh my! These are fantastic! Definitely good for a few laughs. My favorite are the ones with the three men and the shot with the girl in the bathroom (vampire guy). These are really disastrous!

I can't believe some of these actually made it to press. And to think these creative directors get paid so well too....

The computer desks one is a fake! The real image is much more boring. The real image shows a duplicate of the screen on the left.

The basketball shot looks like the guy has his head turned sideways and leaning all the way back. If you had a guy jumping over you, then you might snap your head back too.

The basket ball player has a head. ( look closely at the angle) His head is tipped back.
The reflections of the people at the table are believable based on the reflective values of the table and the upward angle of the reflection.
Most of these images arn't worth scrutiny.

I used to work at a photography studio where we did a lot of retouching. I had a guy that I worked with play a joke on a magazine client we had: he photoshopped some woman's nose to look like a beak...unfortunately he didn't swap it with the "correct version" and it went to print. He was looking for a job shortly after that.

Also had a colleague put a curse word into an online Flash animation...dude forgot that you could zoom in! Management took a pretty dim view of this stunt.
