The end of the year is getting closer, and I wanted to share another beautiful office to inspire you guys in this new year. I've already shown the Twitter HQ, Google HQ, Parliament Design HQ and so on, and today is time for Facebook, right the Facebook Headquarters. You will get inspired with a lot of pictures and 3 great video tours!
The project was designed by studio o+a, they made a interview with almost all the employees to know how they wanted their offices, and how they expected to work and being productive but still having fun at the same time. It's something hard to do, but I can say they reached the target! The place is simply amazing and I'm sure anyone of you would like to work there.
Formely a lab facility for Agilent Technologies, a manufacturer of high-tech measurement devices, the restored complex now becomes a lab of different sort for measuring the intangibles of creativity and social interaction. Faceboom wanted its new headquarters to reflec its values: freedom of expression, individuality and creativity.
Facebook is based on Palo Alto, CA. The space is a collection of buildings, each one with its own identity and reflects the wishes of its employees! The greatest thing is the fact of encouraging the guys to draw and write on the walls, and move furnitures the way they like.
