When you move to a new place, probably the first thing you do after getting all your furniture placed is trying to make your new home good looking... and there are some simple ideas that will do the job just fine.
Placing some nice looking stickers in your walls might be one of those ideas. Diz Decor, a Brazilian design group makes beautiful stickers for that purpose: stick'em to your walls. The result is really impressive! As they say in their site: A white wall is just like an empty canvas... just waiting for some colors, something that brings life to it! I think I will have some drawings like these in the future when I have my own house. Jimi Hendrix and the Peeing Pug are so cool!
Rediculously over-priced. Although the art is cool, $190 for a decal? get real... I could make every one of those with a sheet of vinyl and an exacto knife for around $10 each.
i don't think that's overpriced at all! but it would be really hard for me too choose what to stick in one of my rooms

For those who don't know, these are priced in Brazilian Real. 1 Real costs today 0,62 Dolars. You can see these have actually veruy good prices. If a sticker there costs R$ 190, then it will cost U$ 117. ;)

R$ 190,00 I think it's so expensive. But, depends of the art, like size and/or details. I don't know. Anyway. Do you know if exist stickers under R$ 190,00 and where I can find it?

@ Léo: Pois é cara, na verdade o preço pra nós brasileiros não é lá o mais barato, porém não é muito fácil achar adesivos desse jeito por ai... tem que ver os valores agregados: versatildade, beleza e prontidão no atendimento. É um investimento legal, na minha opinião! Mas em breve vamos ter uma novidade quanto a esse assunto. ;)

Pois é Paulo, estava pensando em pegar uma parede do meu quarto e fazer algum tipo de arte, seja com estêncil ou papel de parede. Atualmente a parede é um azul claro. hehehe...

I love these things. My favorites are the ones that come in multiple pieces and can be configured in different ways.
Porra, que perfeito! To na onda de fazer isso na minha casa, mas usei tinta e caneta... o adesivo é bom e tals, mas ainda prefiro o ato de pintar e não sair!
