Beautiful Houses: First Crescent in South Africa

April 01, 2011 from GisMullr's blog

The idea in this series is to show beautiful and inspiring houses. Houses that are remarkable for its design, elegance, elements, concept or simply because they are beautiful. So if you like architecture, interior design and beautifully designed houses, you are at the right spot. Check out this week beautiful house and stay tuned for more...

This week we present you the beautiful First Crescent.

The First Crescent is a project by SAOTA - Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects, a young, committed and well structured firm of architects based in Cape Town & Johannesburg with a number of very exciting national and international projects. The First Crescent is a minimalist home located in Camps Bay - South Africa. The owners desire was to design a dramatic and memorable house...they certainly did that, the place is amazing.

Ok, this is a "wow house". Everything here get our attention and we feel captured by it. Materials, spaces, minimalism, loved every single detail here. Guess this is my favorite "Beautiful House" until now. ;)

Check out SAOTA - Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects website for further details about this and other projects. See you next time.
