Following our series of visual identity constructions, today we bring to you the work done by Mike Collinge for Bosphorus, a Business consulting company based in the United Kingdom.
The name Bosphorus was inspired by the Bosphorus Strait, a stretch of water that runs through Istanbul. Translated it means an Ox fording a river. From this a simple, yet charming Ox character was created to personify the brand.
A reduced color palette featuring just two colors, turquoise and charcoal, gives the brand strong recognition. A series of icons and a three dimensional version of the Ox were created to give the brand a distinctive online presence.
