If you are a fan of gore and horror flicks, then you'll love these tutorials. The Photoshop Roadmap linked some great tutorials that will chill your spine. Muahahaha.

I usually don't try much of these tutorials myself, but I will definitely try this one out. Too real to be fake! ;p
