EVO Unique Campaigns and Packaging

May 04, 2009

EVO is a hair care brand that has a very unique style, personality and culture. Changing the 'more than the same' language and approach for its industry is the main speciality of EVO, and they are very successful with that. Their products, campaigns and packaging are cheek, elegant, simple, humorous and unique.

The copywriting developed by David Kalusy and Mash for the brand and its personality had such a good response that they decided to use it as the basis for the packaging, keeping it raw simple and letting the copy do all the talking. Mash also developed a unique range of used vintage cases as packages for lines of products. The whole visual line of EVO is extremely well designed and projected to catch the attention of the users exactly by its colors, humor and the great images from its campaigns. So, check them out and enjoy!

Coolio.

I have no idea what this is.

I mean, i understand it's some sort of beauty product, but the fact that the whole campaign just makes me go WTF makes it not, at all, a product for ordinary people :/

I don't understand the first print execution or why the clock is backwards on the third one.

I don't know, it all seems very random - maybe I have to be a woman to appreciate it, god knows they're equally haphazard.

Pretty weird, crazy and nonsense.

I love it and I think its amazinly strange!

I still have doubts if I know WTF is the product!?

I agree with Keem.

Visually very interesting but I find the "saving ordinary humans from themselves" line offensive.

Its as if they are yelling "Hey, idiot! Yeah, listen to us, dumbass. We'll tell you what to do. For a fee. Which you'll pay. 'Cos you're stupid."
