Nice post! Vector cars are so cool.

I used to do loads of vector car images, (back when I had time!!! lol) I did a quite quick one a few months ago - http://ricknunn.com/blog/2008/03/21/el-camino/
I like vector, but I've never had a chance to try it... I want cs3 so bad...
I use the gimp but cant find a vector program I like...
