A good source of great packaging design I found on Flickr is SageMedia.
They make awesome designs, below a few examples:

Product Design
Food Packages aren't the only things which can get designed, following; some stunning product designs.

A regular sink can turn into a real experience with one of these, poor fish though, they will get flooded with water.

awesome! i love all of them especially the packaging designs
one thing that seems a little iffy to me is that chopstick-mouse-tablet looking thing. i checked it out a little more and it seems like something that will take a while getting used to. Interesting idea though

I love these designs for packaging. A few years ago I had to study packaging for my overall project, and nearly all of the designs were nice and the packaging fits around the product.
