Photoshop Quick Tips #2 - Neon Effect with Animation

Back in July I wrote a tutorial showing how to create the effect I use on Abduzeedo's logo, a very subtle light effect, sort of neon style. The tutorial is the Shining Neon Text Effect in Adobe Photoshop if you want to check it out. Also I decided to mix it a bit with the animation features that we have now in Photoshop.

Even though the effect was simple a lot of people complained that got stuck on some steps or their result was not the same, because of that, I decided to do a video showing how to create the same effect.
