Super Amazing Vector Art by Tstout

May 20, 2009 from PauloGabriel's blog

Sometime ago I ran into these, but didn't have the chance to post them. I found some super amazing vector art made by this dude at tstout.com, and I couldn't even find his name, which is a bummer. He's got a fantastic style, really worth taking a look!

At first, I thought he did just regular pieces, but for our delight, he makes his own version of movie posters! Mad Max 2, Robocop and The Thing are just some of the ones he picked and did a great job. Anyways, for more of his amazing work, simply visit this portfolio. We'll love it. Cheers! ;)

Super Cool Retro Poster in 10 Steps in Photoshop
A couple of weeks ago Amanda (@amlight) published a few articles showing stylish posters and albums with a very retro style, very simple but at the same time really cool. The articles really inspired me so I decided to create an Abduzeedo poster for myself just to play with Illustrator and Photoshop. So in this tutorial I will show you how to create a very cool poster in just 10 steps. We will use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, but you may use other tools. I'm working on the Pixelmator version as well.
