Historical Disney Princesses by Claire Hummel

Historical Disney Princesses by Claire Hummel

Now this is pretty neat: Claire Hummel, an American artist with a love for Disney princesses has made an awesome effort to deliver historically correct princesses. The outcome is pretty impressive, as you can see below. Her take on Disney princesses is simply beautiful. From Rapunzel to Snow white, all of these are pretty close to what they would look in real life in their historical period. The clothes are very detailed, so you can see her effort and talent right there! But this is only a single set of fantastic pieces by Claire. For more of her work, please visit her portfolio at DeviantART! She'll definitely enjoy it! And tell us, which one of these is your favorite? Cheers. ;) Pocahontas Megara (Hercules) Rapunzel (Tangled) Tiana (The Princess and the Frog) Snow White (Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs) Jasmine (Aladdin) Cinderella Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) Mulan Ariel (The Little Mermaid) Belle (Beauty and the Beast) Not a princess... yet really cool: Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty)

Superheroes and Villains in Historical Pictures

I had seen these on the web a few times, but never really got to find the artist behind it. These are some awesome montages of superheroes and villains placed in historical moments, like the World War II. It's pretty amazing how realistic these are. That shows us how good Agan Harahap is. In his portfolio there's a bunch more great works like these, but I don't actually know if they're all montages. Anyways, after checking these you should visit his portfolio at flickr. I hope you all enjoy these! Cheers. ;)
