This week we present you the amazing Graham Residence. The Graham Residence is a project by E. Cobb Architects Inc, a firm with an impressive portfolio located in Seattle, WA. I couldn't find details about the Graham Residence in their website, but I believe the images will say everything. This house is totally stunning. The glass windows, material combinations, wide spaces, interiors... everything is breath taking. I definitely found my new favorite house. ;) Check out E. This week we present you the beautiful Hiratsuka. The Hiratsuka house is a project by LEVEL Architects. I couldn't understand much on their website since everything is written in Japanese. The Hiratsuka is a 1,674.21sq ft (155.54sq m) duplex house located in Kanagawa, Japan. The project was designed to accommodate two families, so everything was carefully designed to offer comfort in a space that is not that big. The interiors of this house really got my attention. It is something simple, beautiful and stylish. The spaces are designed in a way that makes the place cozy and unique. The place is really neat. This week we present you the elegant 41 House. The 41 house is a project by Fuse Architecture, a firm founded in 2000 by Daniel Gomez and Daniel Townsend. The house is a contemporary project to please a professional motorcycle client who wanted a the perfect place to fit his personality. The home was designed and built around two main components; the views, and movement, similar to a track with the curved circulation paths and roofs. This house is really beautiful. I actually liked the outdoors more than the interiors, but the house is pretty beautiful. The wide spaces and combinations are really modern and elegant. Beautiful Houses: Adamos Residence in Limassol, Cyprus

This week we present you the elegant Adamos Residence. The Adamos Residence is a project by Varda Studio, a studio which has a design agenda focused on two points: a clear architectural response to the site and the client’s brief, and simplicity in form. The Adamos is a luxury residence, located in Limassol, attracts attention with elegant proportion of intersected volumes. The variety of materials- white paint, fair face concrete, wood- highlights an architectural composition, that converges with the yard area. Playful unexpected division of the walls between the yard and the garage entry visually closes relax zone, at the same time it is see-through. This house is super elegant and beautiful. Wide spaces, clean decoration, bright colors and a lot of glass offer a unique and stylish look. The contrast between dark wood and white walls are also amazing. Beautiful Houses: Vienna Way in Venice, California

This week we present you the beautiful Vienna Way. The Vienna Way is a project by Marmol Radziner, a full service architectural firm that provides a range of services including architectural design, interior design, landscape design, furniture design, jewelry design and prefab. The Vienna Way is a project designed for a family and is located in Venice, California. The house has huge glass windows from floor to ceiling that seamlessly integrate the home with the outdoor California native landscape. Two main volumes, anchored close to the boundaries of the property, divide the lot into thirds, bridged by a sunken kitchen in the center. This house really beautiful. The dark wooded floors, the bright walls and all the windows create a elegant and cozy place. The glass windows also allow natural light to enter the spaces and give the house a nice and bright mood. This week we present you the elegant NEXTHouse. The NEXTHouse is a project by David Vandervort Architects, a medium sized firm located in Seattle's Historic Eastlake District. NEXTHouse is a 2,700 square foot speculative demonstration project and its current available for sale in Seattle, Washington. It is a custom designed home fusing the Northwest Modern tradition with the highest quality, environmentally sustainable building techniques, features and finishes. The house was designed to fully appreciate the land, reaching out to views and light. Terraces, decks and patios encourage outdoor living in both formal and private settings. This house is really elegant. The combination of wood, glass and other materials give the house a unique and beautiful look. The spaces look wide and cozy, very interesting. Beautiful Houses: The Rao Residence in Hyderabad, India

This week we present you the clean Rao Residence. The Rao Residence is a project by DDIR Architecture Studio, a studio created in 2003 by the combined inspirations of French-Canadian architect Dominic Dube and Inge Reick, originally from Germany. The vision of the studio is on the integration of architecture and design with art (nature), technology (structure), life (light) and culture (spirit). The Rao Residence was projected to offer a space clean and zen, filled with local philosophy, creating connections where stairs, corridors, gardens and walls work together, allowing good vibrations and natural light to flow around the house. This house is really elegant, super clean and minimal. The white wide spaces give an interesting touch it, pretty unique. This week we present you the beautiful Hyderabad House. The Hyderabad House is a project by Rajiv Saini & Associates. Unfortunately I couldn't find many information about their firm or the project, but I believe the images communicate a lot. I did find out that the house is 12,500 sq feet (1.161 sq meters) big and has a lot of rooms. Check it out. This house is really interesting. When you see the first images you don't realize how big it is and you also get surprised that each space has a different approach, colors and elements. This week we present you the amazing Villager 8. The Villager 8 is a project by Rowland + Broughton Architecture. The project was actually a renovation of an apartment in Aspen, Colorado. The firm had already completed four full interior renovations for homeowners at Aspen’s Villager Townhomes, plus an exterior renovation for the entire property,so they jumped at the opportunity to acquire one of the units in the complex. The complete renovation of the space gave them the chance to test out new sustainable concepts and materials. This apartment is really beautiful and clean. The wide windows allowing natural light to enter the place give the apartment a nice and cozy touch. Colors and material combinations are delicate and elegant, everything looks amazing here. This week we present you the elegant Russian Hill. The Russian Hill is a project by John Maniscalco Architecture, a firm that produces work based on two principles - creating livable, modern spaces and engaging clients in the design process. The Russian Hill residence, a four-story home, establishes an understated but dignified urban presence on an atypically wide San Francisco site. A transitional two-story glass-walled entry hall draws users to an airy and open living level. An increasingly light stair element transitions from floor to floor ultimately arriving at a roof deck enjoying panoramic views. This house is super elegant and beautiful. The materials, colors, spaces and interior, everything was really nice planned and executed. The house has a really unique look and is also cozy. Beautiful Houses: Suncrest Residence in Washington State

This week we present you the amazing Suncrest Residence. The Suncrest Residence is a project by Heliotrope Architects, a firm which designs smart, contemporary works of architecture that transcend style and trend. At the Suncrest project, their clients desired a work of architecture that minimized site impacts while creating a work of architecture that utilized their favorite materials (wood and concrete) and connected them intimately with the land and the view. The home is situated where the forest gives way to a large rocky clearing with views to the sea. This is certainly another "wow" house. Location, views, materials... everything is really amazing here. Beautiful Houses: Warsaw in Poland

This week we present you the beautiful Warsaw. The Warsaw is a project by Damian Cyryl Kotwicki. Couldn't understand their website because is written in polish, but considering the images, we can say that their work is pretty impressive. The house was designed for a young couple that requested land optimization and large spaces. The house is simple in plan and form, referring to classic houses. By using precious linings of brick with concrete, wood for warming the perception,titanium-zinc sheet as well as large glazed five-meter they created the impression of modern structure in a classic shape. The house is beautiful and elegant. The combination of wood, glass, concrete and zinc ended up giving the house a nice and cozy look. This week we present you the elegant Zeidler Residence. The Zeidler Residence is a project by Ehrlich Architects, a firm founded in 1979 internationally recognized for its distinctive design. The Zeidler Residence is situated at the top of a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the place was designed to maximize views, natural light and ocean breezes. The parti divides the program into two main structures connected by a sheltered courtyard. On the ocean side, the two-and-a-half-story main house features a double-height living space, with full-height glass doors that open the interior onto the exterior spaces. A mezzanine is oriented towards the view. This house is super elegant. All materials and choices look natural, beautifully putted together. The overall palette is really beautiful and every space has its own charm and personality. Simply an awesome house. This week we present you the beautiful Sugar Bowl. The Sugar Bowl is a project by John Maniscalco Architecture, an studio that produces work based on two principles - creating livable, modern spaces and engaging clients in the design process. Their approach takes the particular needs, desires, and personality of each client and utilizes them to shape a unique architectural solution. The design of this new home is entirely a product of its dramatic environment. Perched on a concrete plinth that lifts the house above the tall winter snow-pack, a solid, cedar-clad volume houses sleeping areas, boot room, and service spaces. Above, a variety of living spaces, each enjoying mountain views, are gathered under a simple, bent planar roof form. The exaggerated geometry of the openings frame views of horizontal snow drifts and vertical stands of pine trees. This house is really beautiful, elegant and clean. The wood, the glasses and the wide spaces created a cozy and unique look to the house. The Pitch's House is a project by Spanish architect Iñaqui Carnicero, an architect with an impressive portfolio who also received awards and recognitions. Couldn't find information about the project on his website, but I believe that the images speak for themselves. I really liked the shapes and materials of this house. The wide spaces, the contrast of bright floor and dark wood and accessories looks really nice. The swimming pool, the interiors, views... everything is super beautiful. This week we present you the beautiful House M. The House M is a project by Titus Bernhard Architects, a german firm founded in 1994. Unfortunately I couldn't get detailed info about the firm or the house because the website is in German. But I do recommend you to check it out, they have detailed plans and drawings, and also some pictures from the construction process. This house is really elegant and beautiful. The combination of stone walls, wide glass windows and clean interiors is awesome, it looks good and it seem to mix classic and contemporary elements. Great. Beautiful Houses: Lake LBJ Retreat in Texas

This week we present you the beautiful Lake LBJ Retreat. The Lake LBJ Retreat is a project by Dick Clark Architecture, a firm founded in 1979 which covers a wide range of project types from master planning and site feasibility studies to custom single-family homes. The Lake LBJ Retreat is a 3,000 square foot (280 square meter) vacation home located an hour and half northwest of Austin, Texas. Project materials were selected based upon the evolution of vernacular for a cabin on the lake. Durability and permanence were important requirements for the final material selections. Material choices include board form cast in place concrete, exposed steel structural members, Rheinzink metal siding and ipe siding. This house is really elegant and beautiful. The material combinations, the mix of wood, concrete and steel, everything looks pretty unique and cozy. I also loved the color contrast and the strong shapes of the place.
