Testing Aviary Tools - 4 invitations to give away
Last weekend I had a pleasant surprise when I opened my gmail. I've received some invitations to the awesome Aviary tools: Phoenix, the image editor and Peacock the pattern maker.
Aviary is a suite of web-based applications (RIAs) for people who create. From image editing to typography, to music, to 3D and vides, we have a tool for artists of all genres.
I didn't have time to create anything from scratch, I have just played around with some images. However, I’m really impressed with the images I saw. There are some amazing pieces of work on their forums.
Another great feature, perhaps, one of the best features in the Aviary tools is the integration with this online community where you can share projects and open them without saving anything on your machine.
Anyway, below I've listed some really cool designs done using Phoenix. Besides that I have 4 invitations to give away. So just leave a comment and you might get your invitation.
Winners of the invitations
- Scarlett
- Nathaniel
- Designiac
- Guilherme Villar
- Constantin Potoac

thanks
I love the little cute kitten :P all of those except for the cat looks really really good!
All of those look great! Well, maybe besides the cat walking through the city, it looks a bit edgy. My favorite is probably the kitten with the kitty costume on top, very cute!
It looks great except for the pic of the cat walking through the traffic... It's been very badly deep etched and looks tacky but apart from that it looks awesome- keen to give it a try...
That means I want one of those invitations!
;)
Very nice work. I'd like an invitation.
Greetz from Greece
Great work! I'm a poor, lowly student that would love an invitation so I can bring my work to the next level and get an awesome job when I graduate!
Love your site! Keep it up!

I've been in Aviary for a few weeks, it is really an amazing tool. Although it lacks filters as in photoshop. But it's indeed a great tool for an online apps.
Sorry for my bad English :D
Wow.. Amazing Results
Man I love these images, the cat with the zipper suit is great. It would be great to get some screenshots of the software at work ;)
I've been itching to test these apps out for a while--so an invite would be great!
Good selection of examples to show, love the apple/bee one.
Looks like it's got some serious potential. Seeing so many Photoshop competitors only means good things.
Would like to test one ;)

I've always wanted to do my own hybrid image. Looks really good.
That's the first I've heard of Aviary as well which is surprising as they have a huge suite of impressive looking tools, don't know how I haven't come across it before. Thanks for the heads up on that, certtainly looks like one to keep an eye on.

Thanks Abuzeedo !!
They look very "worth 1000ish" which is very cool considering the people behind the site made the programs. And, Sign me up for the invite!
Really cool, just wondering how the website works...
@Charles - I wish I had done that... I took those images from their site. But I will create a crazy one this weekend ;)
Thank you all for the comments.
I've been using Avairy for a while now, regardless it's still nice to see a great designer like you coming over.
Also, isn't it amazing how fast comments appear when you mention a give-a-way or invitation?
This sounds helpful, I would love to check it out. I would love an invite if you had any left.
How many times before you receive an invitation trought subscription? (you were subscribed?)
Thanks
Great images.
The first time I heard of Aviary I admit I was a bit not sure of it. But now that I saw the amazing things the tools can do I just can't wait to see all the tools in action and start doing some great work.
I would love an Invitation Fabio if possible. ;)
Constantin
I would like an invitation as well.
some funny photos you created!!
can you send me an invitation?
btw i like your blog very much and the new design is superb!
I didnt use it that much, I will do that this weekend. But as I said it looks really nice, like the Photoshop Online.
how much easier is this program than let's say photoshop. those examples were cool, i would like to check it out the program and compare with photoshop as to how it relates and works.
