The Ultimate 80's Inspiration

We love the 80's. Music, tv shows, movies, clothing, everything gets us all nostalgic. But we can revive the 80's everyday by using it as reference.

The 80's were a decade of overflows of colors and style. Citric colors, big glasses and those long Nike shoes. Lots of kicking butt bands like A-ha, Oingo Boingo, Erasure, Depeche Mode making kicking butt video clips, wearing kicking butt clothes and being kicking butt cool. Yeah. We love the 80's, and know, let's get inspired by it! ;D

(A few little times I actually thank God for not living on the 80's...)

As Erin said, I don't think DIN//Conduit-ish typefaces were that "fashionable" back in the 80s advertising...

I think the 80's left a good legacy and we still look at the tendencies from past years but it's best to take the best from these years and adapt it to the new innovations...
Thanks god we have moved on!

I miss the 80s.
I miss the M-80s.
I miss Club Chinatown.
I miss the New Arirang.
I miss the Pink Cadillac.
I miss having the drummer from the M-80s be my 8th grade substitute English teacher and ask me why I was at the nightclub every weekend in front of my entire class.

Boy the 80s were bad!!!

Tough guy movies like Rambo, Rocky etc were about the best that came from that era (except my birth date - lol)

Nice post, but I thank God the 80's are long over. Horrible memories of spiked hair, high contrast colors and rolled up jeans have resulted due to this post. ;-)
