Deep Ice Fishing is a really cool photo manipulation project that Carlos Jiménez Varela created and shared on his Behance profile. The cool thing about this project is the use of Photoshop and the immense possibilities that it gives to designers and digital artists to simply let their imagination fly high and really translate crazy ideas into surrealist compositions like this one. Carlos merged a few photos to create an awesome ice cylinder with someone fishing and a monster deep inside.
Alberto Seveso never ceases to impress us. I remember back in 2005/2006 when he shocked everyone with his style called “sperm shaping.” We featured an interview with him almost 4 years go here on Abduzeedo where he talks a little bit more about that. After that he became a super recognize illustrator and designer with worked feature in popular magazines and in the Adobe Photoshop CS6 launch.
Who doesn't love gaming? Almost everyone here was raised playing old school games in their Atari, Sega Genesis or Super Nintendo and I must say that it's super awesome to see those games back in other ways. One of these ways is through design! English designer, Aled Lewis, one of the most beloved artists out there took his shot on the concept of mixing games with photography, and I must say that result is awesome! His take is somewhat minimalistic, but very awesome nevertheless.
