Nintendo Gameboy Colour in Blender

Matthew Gilbert is a talented 3D artist who is known for his unique and detailed creations. One of his most impressive works is his digital representation of the Nintendo Gameboy Color, which took him several months to complete. The project is a testament to Matthew's dedication and attention to detail, as he meticulously recreated every aspect of the classic gaming device, from its iconic form factor to its classic color scheme. The final result is an incredibly accurate and highly detailed 3D model that perfectly captures the essence of the original Gameboy Color. Whether you're a fan of classic gaming or simply appreciate the art of 3D modeling, Matthew's work is sure to impress and inspire.

Not only has the exterior of the console been modelled from mechanical and technical drawings, the inside shell, PCB components and motherboard have also been fully realised through the use of modelling, photoscans, reference imagery and custom designed assets – this attention to detail has led to arguably one the most accurate and detailed model of a Gameboy Colour on the internet.
