I have featured and followed Ekaterina Busygina for a couple of years now, my introduction to her work was through her captures of several cities of Asia. I stumbled across her captures of some metro stations in Moscow and they are so beautiful. I think my first interest in photography was through photographing the metro stations from my hometown Montreal (QC, Canada). Going through her series totally gave me a freshness to nostalgic moments. Appreciating the beauty through your everyday surroundings is what I think is the essence of photography. As for the 'Moscow Metro' series, I just love the symmetrical aspect, and let's not forget the neons.
