RETINAA designed Switzerland’s next-generation passport introduced on 31.10.2022. Its design celebrates Swiss cartographic tradition and depicts an imaginary journey along watercourses, from the Alpine peaks down to the valleys, through the country's 26 cantons, and to the world beyond.
Under daylight conditions, the design embodies the spirit of the great natural landscapes of Switzerland. Under UV light, a topographic view of the landscapes appears, enhanced with architectural landmarks.
RETINAA is a design office specializes in security documents, anti-counterfeiting features, and authentication solutions for governments, high-security printers, technology suppliers and brands.
