Hi there, this is my first post for Abduzeedo and I'm starting with a quick video tutorial of one of Fabio's cool designs. Fabio got in touch with me and suggested that we did some work together regarding video tutorials. To get things rolling I thought it would be nice to create a video on one of my favorite tutorials
Last week we published our 10th Wallpaper of the Week. It was an awesome typography/design from Ginger Monkey Design called Compassion. What I really liked about that design was how they mixed some "frilly bits" with the typeface to create an outstanding piece of work. I decided to create a tutorial showing you how to do that as well.

This is a really cool set of 26 types created inspired by animals. The author is Jeremy Pettis. The end result is brilliant. However if you want to know how he did that I recommend you a visit to his flickr account.
I’m a huge fan of typography and logo design, even though I havent worked on too many logo design projects I had the opportunity to express my love on a few, but at the same time, very pleasant ID projects. One of them was in 2005 for a company called Zagora.
When they hired us to create their ID design they said that they wanted something very unique and modern. Besides of that we spent like 4 hours talking about ideas and concepts in order to know exactly what we would have to do.
Everybody loves Pulp Fiction. And MOST of us also love typography... so Pulp Fiction + typography = OH MY GOD Video.
And i know, that's just too corky to say, but trust me, you'll be OH MY GOD by the end of the video.
