Sigma Software shared a UX project for Meeting Plus. With Meetings Plus team, our primary task was to design and develop the web service and tablet/mobile applications for digital and automated management of documents and protocols, for both citizens and meeting attendees within the public Sweden and Denmark sector.
We identified the key user needs and decided to focus on the following: simplify the meeting management, streamline the workflow of issuing meeting notices, agendas, documentation and annotations and make it accessible to citizens (eliminating the use of paper as much as we can).
