Huston Wilson is no stranger to our readers. We have featured Huston’s illustration and typography work in the past and we’ll definitely continue to do that in the future. And the future is now! For this post Huston created a set of illustrations for the days of the week. All of them with that beautiful typography and style.

YUNGBLD studio shared a branding and packaging design for The Brix. Their story (The Brix) begins with a group of genius chemists using pioneering lab techniques to create the first molecular moscato the world has ever seen.

Sawdust is the work of London based duo Rob Gonzalez and Jonathan Quainton. They have been working together since 2006, which is the same time when we started Abduzeedo. It’s fair to say we are fans of Sawdust since then!

Dmytro Nedvyha is a designer from Ukraine witha beautiful portfolio of UX work. One of these projects is ProTask, an app concept for a task manager. As Dmytro describes, more and more people want to spend their days productively, and he was inspired by this idea to create such an application.

Daniel Triendl shared a branding and visual identity project for Votiv Kino. Built in 1912, the Votiv Kino is one of the oldest Viennese cinemas still operating. Guided by the principle of representing the diversity of contemporary independent filmmaking, it is among the most popular art house cinemas in Austria. 

Juan Molinet has an awesome portfolio of illustrations. Juan’s latest work is incredible, with some quite funny stickers for Snapchat and Youtube, however I’d love to share an old one. It was a series of 4 seamless patterns commissioned by Nichelodeon USA.

Kyle Lamond shared a branding and visual identity project for Architecture Fringe 2021. The very first Architecture Fringe opened on Friday 1st July 2016.

Play Studio shared a branding and visual design project for Refactor Capital. With a mission to radically upend traditionally regulated industries, Refactor invests in seed-stage companies that deploy technology to save lives and our planet.

Paweł Olszak shared a branding and visual identity project for his personal brand. The design is simple and super elegant, heavily focused on typography and grid composition. I am a fan of the style and think Paweł  did a fantastic job.

Ilya Takov and Elena Popovichenko shared a mobile app and UX design project for Wings, a mobile app designed with all modern ux/ui design technologies in mind. The main emphasis was placed on logic, analytics and user-friendliness of the interface.

We were all ears when we heard about Hearing Birdsong, a beautiful and immersive new design initiative digitalizing the approach to hearing screening with an end goal of de-stigmatizing hearing loss. This one hits close to home since my husband is convinced I’m losing my hearing at too young an age (he doesn’t know it’s a selective situation).

I D — C, or Independent Designers Collective is an initiative founded by Niklas Rosén and Gustav Nordebrink. The collective is a response to a dynamic and ever-evolving world, where independent flexibility and network scalability meet modern demands.

Martin Briceno shared a web design project of ORRIs Paris. ORRIS artisanal botanical soaps are handcrafted in small batches in France. Each cold process soap is hand-poured and hand-cut, using the finest oils, butters, and botanicals.
