Label work on the branding and redesign for RISE DELTA. The world of coffee saw its most innovative update in 120 years with the release of the RISE DELTA Q by STARCK, a revolutionary espresso machine that alters the century-old principle of top-to-bottom brew.

The traditional brewing method results in the loss of the rich aroma, taste, and quality of coffee due to oxidation when it comes into contact with air. Portugal's leading coffee brand, Delta Q, challenged this status quo by introducing RISE - Reverse Injection System Experience. Defying gravity and keeping air out, this new system facilitates a constant temperature, consistent crema, superior taste, and overall coffee quality, free from oxidation.

Manufactured entirely in Portugal, the groundbreaking system comes wrapped in a contemporary machine designed by acclaimed French industrial designer Philippe Starck. The seamless blend of innovative technology and timeless design promises not just superior coffee, but an elevated, sensory experience for coffee connoisseurs.

The rebranding had to be remarkable to match the revolutionary nature of the product. The simple act of extracting and drinking espresso was transformed into an extraordinary experience that incites consumers to view life, and coffee, from a fresh perspective. Hence, the concept “Perfectly in Reverse” was born, infusing a touch of magic into all communication aspects.

The branding revolved around a minimal typographic design that encapsulated the reversal theme. This minimalist design approach extended to all brand materials, including packaging and the website, allowing the spotlight to remain firmly on Starck's striking volcano-shaped machine.

The result is a product that feels like a testament to Starck's sentiment, "From down to up, when your morning coffee is no longer subject to gravity, you can start dreaming your life and our future.” With RISE DELTA Q by STARCK, the daily coffee ritual becomes an invitation to dare, dream, and embrace the extraordinary in the mundane.
