For those who is not familiar with Tom, he is a super talented photographer based in Munich, Germany. He takes pride and has a clear passion for us to view the world from his perspective and also through the lens of his camera. I am always stunned by the beauty and the technique used to capture such unknown sights of the globe. It's no different with this 'Lockdown Series', with what is happening to the world, it's clear that things have definitely have changed on our daily lives. In this own words...

Aviation is one of the key factors for globalization. Since the beginning of civil aviation, goods and people could be transported faster across the continents. But the intensive networking of the world also means that diseases are spreading faster than ever before. Due to globalization, the coronavirus could spread from Wuhan to all parts of the world and shut down public life. The corona pandemic could also be seen as an act of revenge by nature on globalization.
