Branding and visual identity project for Turntabl

Control Studio shared a branding and visual identity project for Turntabl, which was created with the goal of transforming the way individuals view software development. It aimed to challenge the notion that the industry was dull, stale, and primarily beneficial to large corporations. The company sought to shift the focus to skilled individuals and establish itself as an employee-owned business that provided opportunities for highly talented individuals to work with some of the biggest companies in the world while also contributing to the growth of Ghana as a technology hub.

Turntabl's mission is to make a positive impact in Ghana, by developing a sustainable and quality-focused enterprise with a global perspective. The company offers competitive wages to its employees and aims to bring about as much positive change as possible. Ultimately, Turntabl plans to transfer ownership of the company to its employees, so that the wealth generated can have the most significant benefit for Ghana.

The company engaged Control Studio to create a brand that would challenge the conventional perception of software agencies and inspire people to see the industry in a new light. The brand aims to disrupt the tired and disingenuous nature of the industry by changing people's understanding of what software companies can be, ultimately enabling them to be more successful on a global scale and stand out in the marketplace.
