WGD/PT — Women in Graphic Design / Portugal

Ana Lisboa shared a graphic and web design project for WGD/PT as part of the master's thesis project «As Mulheres no Design Gráfico em Portugal. Preservação da Memória Coletiva de Alda Rosa e Cristina Reis». This project is dedicated to the contributions of women in Portuguese Design History, more precisely, in the preservation of the memory and archive of works carried out by women designers, who established themselves during the 1960s and 1970s, in the area of graphic design.

This website aims to make visible the individual path of the work carried out by the women designers, as well as to provide free access to the educational community so that it can edit and add new female references, opening perspectives of future research, for those who want to deepen this theme.
