Negro Studio got a call from their friends at PLENTY to work with them on some proposals for NATGEO kids branding (rebranding). I cannot imagine the excitement that receiving a call like that might have been.
Bridge Studio shared a branding and visual design project for La Noria Coffee. The project included not only the visual identity but also the packaging. The goal was to promote local coffee farmers as part of the La Noria Coffee Project brand. The secondary goal was to differentiate the brand from other specialty coffee roasters.
The folks over at Bridge Studio took the challenges and their design solution was quite beautiful. They took the first name of the coffee farmer on the coffee bag with an abstracted map of their farm's location within the typography. Bold colorful typography was used to attract attention while on the shelf next to other products.
