MONO Multidisciplinary Architecture Studio

Sérgio Fonseca recently unveiled an exceptional branding and visual identity project for MONO, an award-winning architectural collective that fosters collaboration among architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals passionate about shaping spaces. The project was born out of the necessity to reposition MONO, which is currently enjoying a period of growth, working with prominent companies, design firms, and architecture studios. This prompted a comprehensive redesign of the entire visual identity.

At its core, MONO thrives on the collaborative energy between individuals. This inspired the creation of a pulsating and dynamic visual identity. The logo features a bespoke typography that incorporates unexpected shapes, conveying a sense of movement even when static.

To amplify MONO's energetic and creative essence, a radiant orange hue was introduced. It serves as a vibrant, expansive, and thrilling visual system, juxtaposed with the classic contrast of black and white.
