Superlative’s SB01 (Space Bee) — Visual Identity

We would like to feature the work of Niklas Rosén, Design Director at Kurppa Hosk and his team with Kurppa Hosk on the Superlative SB01 (Space Bee), a groundbreaking product that is set to revolutionize the world of music technology. The Superlative SB01 is a true work of art and engineering, and it is the world's thinnest and only rechargeable analog synthesizer. Niklas and Kurppa Hosk worked together to create a design that not only looked amazing but was also highly functional and user-friendly. The synthesizer's analog sound is warm and rich, making it a versatile instrument that can be used in a wide range of musical styles. Niklas's work on the Superlative SB01 is a testament to his ability to create designs that are not only beautiful but also highly functional and practical.

The website launched simultaneously with the Kickstarter launch of the SB01 where it surpassed it’s goal (1 million SEK) within 24 hours. I was involved in the entire project scope and mainly led the design process for the website (UI & UX). The website and the identity as a whole, will continuously to grow as new products launches in the future and the framework has been designed to be flexible enough for this.
